Nice job. The only criticism that I would throw your way is changing the glide button from the jump button. It led me to missing long glides because I couldn't press the button long enough to get max jump height and fast enough to get the glide started soon enough. 

That's actually a great idea! The glide should definitely be on Shift/R1/RB.
